Limited Warranty Against Manufacturing Defects

Big Bear shades are made with high quality parts and materials, all glasses are guaranteed against faults in manufacturing, materials and workmanship for 1 year. If your frames are damaged as a result of a manufacturing defect we will gladly replace them at no extra charge. 

If the damage was caused by something outside of our manufacturing process, let us know. We may be able to give you a great deal on a replacement pair.  

Reasonable humans will be reasonably accommodated. 

We sell sunglasses to raise money for animal shelters. 

We don't markup our shades 1000% to be able to say we warranty our glasses for life, they're good sturdy glasses but if you abuse them they're going to break. 

Let us know if you have a problem and we'll take it from there. We promise to be true to our word on a good pair of sunglasses as long as you don't abuse the process.
