Free USPS shipping typically takes 4-7 days to ship inside the United States
How much will shipping cost?
Basic shipping is free, weight based higher priority shipping methods are available at checkout.
Can you provide worldwide shipping?
We are not currently shipping outside of the United States.

How can I cancel my order?
Head over to the contact page and leave us a note, orders can be cancelled before shipping.
If your order has already shipped you will need to request a return and we'll need to receive the glasses back, but don't worry we offer free returns inside of the first 30 days.
What if I receive the wrong product?
Please let us know immediately if you have received the wrong pair of sunglasses and we'll correct the issue asap.
Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?
Yes we'll replace the pair at no cost if there are any faults / manufacturing defects in our products.

Do you offer prescription options?
Currently, Big Bear Sunglasses are not prescription ready, we are working on it though!
How do I care for my sunglasses?

My sunglasses are slightly bent?
The acetate compound our shades are made of is slightly more flexible than traditional plastics. If you find your shades are slightly bent simply twist them (gently) in the opposite direction.
